Your package will be delivered with Trunkrs, DHL or DPD. It just depends on which delivery you choose!
2. What is the delivery time?
Shipping and delivery: Your order is processed with our efficient system. Delivery time varies from 3 to 6 days, so you can quickly enjoy your purchase!
3. On which days will delivery take place?
- Trunkrs delivers our packages on Monday to Friday.
- DHL delivers our packages on Tuesday to Saturday.
- DPD delivers our packages on Monday to Saturday.
4. What happens if I'm not at home?
In this case, your package will be delivered to the neighbors. If this is not possible, your package will end up at the nearest collection point. Keep a close eye on your T&T code for this!
5. Do I have to sign for a package?
No, you do not have to sign for your package.
6. Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code in your email within 24 hours. If you did not have this, you can find the code in your DHL account.
7. My package was not delivered within the stated delivery time, what now?
Please contact us ASAP by email at Viralgadgets70@outlook.com. We will then find out from the carrier where your package is.
8. How long does the investigation by the carrier take?
As soon as the investigation into your package is started, we expect a response from our carrier within 5 - 10 working days.
